Deep Fried Dumpling


Ingredients:-
600gm Minced Pork / Minced Chicken
200 gm Minced Prawn
1 nos Pear / 5 nos of water chest nut (Chopped)
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1 spoon sesame oil
1 spoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 spoon oyster sauce
1/2 spoon soya sauce
Chinese Celery (Chopped)
2 spoon corn flour
Skin:
1 packet Wantan Skin
Method:
- Marinated and mix all the ingredients for 10 mins. Wrap (1 teaspoon portion) into the wantan skin
- Deep fried with enough cooking oil till golden in colour and ready to serve with your favour sauce
