Assorted Claypot 杂锦煲


 
Ingredient:
2 nos Sea Cucumber cut into slice
1 pc Fish Maw cut into cube
1 pc Boneless Chicken Leg
Ginger Slice
Oyster Sauce
Soya Sauce
Sesame Oil
Salt
Corn Flour
5 nos Mushroom cut in 4 pcs
 
Method:
Marinate chicken cube with oyster sauce, corn flour, soya sauce, salt, sesame oil
Stir fry the ginger slice till golden colour then stir friend the chicken then add in fish maw, mushroom and sea cucumber.
Add 1 bowl of water and stew till sticky and ready to serve
