Fu Yung Egg



Ingredient:
- 2 nos Egg (Beat well)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 nos Onion (Shredded)
- 1 nos Tomato (Cut in Cube)
- 150 gm Minced pork
- 1 spoon corn flour
- Pinch of black pepper powder
Method:
Marinate the minced pork with salt, black pepper powder and corn flour for 5 mins
Pre-heat fry pan with oil, add in onion and cook for 2 mins or when it turn soft, then add in minced pork, fry till it cooked, add in tomato, fry for another 2 mins, till all the ingredient turn soft, then pour in the egg.
Leave it for 2 mins till the base egg formed, then turn to another side with same way then ready to serve
