Ingredient:
- 300gm Minced pork
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 spoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 spoon Ready-made fried shallot
- 1/2 spoon soya sauce
- 1 spoon Corn Flour
- 1 block Soft Beancurd
- 2 spoon of cooking oil
Method:
Marinate the minced pork with salt, oyster sauce, fried shallot, soya sauce and corn flour for 5 mins
Pre-heat the wok with oil, add in the marinated minced pork fry till fully cooked, meanwhile, steam the Soft Beancurb for 5 mins, then take out, pour in the minced pork on top and ready to serve
