Ingredient:
-1 packet Spring Roll Skind
- 2 nos Carrot (Shredded)
- 1 packet Bean Sprout (Cleaned)
- 8 nos Dried Mushroom (Cooked till soft and sliced)
- 500gm Minced Pork
- 300gm Minced Prawn Meat
- 2 teaspoon Salt1 spoon soya sauce
- 1-1/2 spoon oyster sauce
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1 spoon corn flour
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method:
Marinate the minced pork and prawn with soya sauce, salt, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, sesame oil and corn flour for 5 mins
Pre-heat the wok, pour in enough cooking oil, and fry the marinated meat till cooked.
Add in all the other ingredients and cook till everything turn soft and water seep out from the vegetables. (DO NOT ADD IN ANY WATER)
Wrap the cooked ingredients in spring roll skin, and seal the close end with the ingredient gravy. Deep fried till golden colour and ready to serve with your favour dressing or chilli sauce.
