Grilled Fish with XO Sauce

Ingredient:
- 1 nos Any type of fish
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 spoon XO Sauce
- 1/2 spoon Sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
Method:
Grilled or fry the fish till gold in colour with enough cooking oil.
Take out and put a side Pre-heat the frying pan with little bit of oil, stir fry the XO sauce with sugar, until smell the fragrant, then add water let it boiled and pour on the fish
