Salted Egg Chicken


Ingredients:-
600gm of Chicken Breast (cut in cube)
2 nos Salted Egg Yolk
1 tea spoon of Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
A pinch of Black Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon of White Rice Wine (Chinese Rice Wine)
3 -4 Spoon of Wheat Flour
1 spoon of butter / margarine
1/2 spoon of Parmesan Cheese Powder
A pinch of Sugar
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic powder, black pepper powder and rice wine for 10 mins. - Add in wheat flour and mix evenly.
- Deep fry the chicken with enough oil till golden in colour
- Steam / boil the salted egg, take out egg yolk portion and smash well.
- Pre-heat the frying pan with some butter, add in the egg yolk stir fried till lots of bubbles, then add in the chicken, add in the parmesan cheese powder and stir till all the egg yolk evenly stick on the chicken.
- Lastly, turn off burner and sprinkle with sugar
