Chicken Kara-age
Ingredients:1) 600gm Chicken Tight cut in cube2) 1 spoon Soya Sauce3) 1/2 teaspoon salt leave it for 15 mins before cook 4) Kara-age Ko - 1 packetMethod:Mix 1/3 packet of Kara-age Ko into 1 cup of water (room temperature)Pre-heat the wok with cooking oil ( which enough cover the chicken)Put the chicken into the pre-mix kara-age paste (面糊) then put it into the wok piece by pieceDo Not Stir it till for 2 mins ( to prevent the paste drop out from the chicken)Deep fried till golden colour then is ready to serve
