Ingredient:
800gm Belly Pork (Cut in small piece)
1 teapoon Black Sweet Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Corn Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Chinese Wine
1 Small pcs Rock Suger / 2 teaspoon of Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic
Method:
- Marinate all the ingredient with the pork for 1/2 hour.
- Pre-heat the fly pan, add in cooking oil, stir fly all the ingredient till surface of meat with golden colour
- Transfer everything into slow cooker and add 2 bowl of hot water
- Cook for 3 hours or more (depend how soft you prefer the meat to be)
Serve with fragrant rice and pickled vegetable
