Chicken soup c/w Dried squid & Melon 冬瓜鸡汤

 
Ingredient:
1 nos Chicken bone
2 pcs Dried Squid (small)
1 nos Winter Melon (Old)
10nos Red Dates
Salt
Method:
Cook the chicken bone, squid, winter melon cube & red dates with salt and 4 bowls of water till fully boiled
Transfer everything into the slow cooker and cook for 2 hours.

Sea Cucumber with Chicken 海参鸡

 
 
Ingredient:
1 pc Chicken Boneless
2 pcs Sea Cucumber cut in slice
Ginger cut in slice
6 nos Mushroom ( boiled and cut in cube)
Salt
Soya Sauce
Corn Flour
Sesame Oil
Dark Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt, soya sauce, corn flour, sesame oil, dark sauce and oyster sauce for 10 mins
Stir fry ginger till golden colour and add in chicken pan fried till both side in brown golden colour.
Add sea cucumber and mushroom into it then add in 1 bowl water till boiled. Then turn it slow and cook for 40 mins

Homemade Sushi Roll

 
Ingredient:
 
1 pc Boneless Chicken Leg
2 nos Egg
1 can Tuna in Olive Oil (Mix well with Mayonese)
1 no Cucumber or Avocado
Wheat Flour
Salt
Pepper Powder
Soya Sauce
10pcs Seaweed
3 mug Japanese Rice or Normal Rice
Sushi Powder
Vinegar
Sugar
Method:
 
Cut chicken into long slice and marinate with salt, pepper powder, soya sauce and wheat flour. Deep fried till golden and ready to use
Pan Fried egg and ready to use
Cut Cucumber or Avocado in stick
Preparation of rice: mixed the cooked rice with sushi powder, vinegar, sugar. Mixed well and wrap the ingredient you like into the seaweed
